QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Organizing Material Testing includes Chemical, Mechanical and Dimensional Tests.
Reviewing test certificates and reports of raw materials as per standard.
NDT tests (Radiography test, Die Penetrant Test).
Hydrostatic test, Pneumatic test of the tanks.
Play role in R & D if needed to improve quality.
Ensure food grade Sanitary 3A finish of the tanks.
Ensure the quality of pipe fittings, valves, man hole as per standard.
Ensure the overall quality of workmanship, process as per QAP.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
Production planning with Main contractor and sub-contractors.
Telephonic, email and video conference follow ups.
Interpreting manufacturing drawings and blueprints.
Daily, stage wise reports and documentation.
ASSEMBLY AND PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
Supervising assembly of valves, Pressure reducing Panel etc.,
Follow up of Finished, in process parts.
Training programs for in-house CNC machine operators and Fitters.
Play role in R & D for new design & testing.
Making improvement, development in necessary machining process at CNC workshop.
LIAISING WITH QC ENGINEER
Carrying out testing of Hydro & Pneumatic pressure test with manual hand pump & pressure transmitter.
Operating CMM(Co-ordinate measuring machine) for checking of critical dimensions
Carrying out raw materials, incoming (from vendors end), in process & final inspection of products.
Internal & final inspection of incoming material from in house machine shop (CNC & VMC) & from venders end.
