Work Portfolio & Responsibilities:
Tickets are issued for Air and Euro rail. All works are done through GDS on Amadeus queue. Some of the PNRs are to be reissued. Invoicing are done for issued tickets, hotels and cars.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Giving process training to new hires.
• Prepare a new update sheet for the team, for weekly refreshment and process knowledge.
• Maintain productivity data of the team.
• Maintain QC (quality check) of data for new employees
• Cross train to other markets for support.
