Downtown Views Residential Development Project (Client: Emaar PJSC, Duration: 26 Months, Cost: AED 444 Million)
 Responsible for preparing and getting approval of project baseline program with cost and resource loading.
 Submitted three EOT claims for 28, 35 and 38 days with all relevant substantiation and documents.
 Responsible for all contractual correspondences with project stake holders and subcontractors.
 Conducting weekly meetings with site teams, onboard subcontractors, technical and MEP department for engineering and construction progress.
 Issuing milestone schedules to subcontractors and monitoring their substantiated schedules and progress on weekly basis.
 Tracking and controlling engineering progress through broadly substantiated and programmed logs.

Dubai Creek Residences Project (Client: Emaar PJSC, Duration: 32 Months, Cost: AED 1.16 Billion)
 Successfully monitored and completed Dubai Creek Residences project from inception to closure on time and within budget. The scope of DCR project comprises of structure, finishes, façade, MEP, Landscaping and T&C of 6 towers (2B+G+44/37/33) and two connecting podiums (2B+G+3).
 Responsible for preparing resource and cost loaded Baseline Schedule and then generated detailed Cash Flow, Progress Curves, KPI and Manpower Histogram for the project
 Responsible for all key stake holders and subcontractors’ deliverables including schedules/variations/claims.
 Prepared all project related Extension of Time (EOT) claims including an overall EOT claim and Disruption/loss of productivity related cost claim.
 Wrote analgorithm in excel whichenabled us togenerate KPI of any activity by providingstart/finish date and quantity. Hence we were able to establish KPIs of almost all intricate activities and monitored them on weekly basis thus providing animmense control over the delayed activities.
 Updated the Baseline Schedule using a self-coded interface from excel thus saving human resource and time. I had developed analgorithm which would enable us to monitor all possible Finishes and MEP activities room wise which enabled us to conclude which activity in which room is causing a delay in progress.
 Prepared the Technical (Subcontractor, Material, Shop Drawing, Method Statement) Logs for Civil and MEP and monitored them onweekly basis using a self-coded algorithm which would enable us to find out where we are lacking in engineering submissions/approvals thusenabling us to tackle it at early stage.
 Prepared Hook Time analysis report comprising of 12 tower cranes. The report enabled us to understand at a very early stage thatwe would be requiring two more additional cranes to complete the project on time.
 Our project’s Weekly Report, Monthly Report and Monthly presentation have set high standards for our company and project.
