(a) Creating quality audit and project audit reports for ISO verification.
(b) Cross verification of user production Quality and share reports with senior.
(c) Creating WIP (Work In Progress) report on daily or weekly basis and sharing to the seniors.
(d) Creating quality check report on request of CQM (Client Quality Management) team.
(e) Managing Man Power Roster on weekly basis and sharing with HRD and Division Manager.
(f) Updating Revenue Report on daily and weekly basis sharing report to Division Manager.
(g) Creating and updating user’s Productivity Report in Dashboard and Share MIS Dashboard to the seniors.
(h) Handling multiple reports, working with formulae, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data.
(i) Extracting productivity report of users from database on daily basis sharing MIS to the seniors.
(j) Updating Data Tracker and MIS Dashboard on daily and weekly basis.
(k) Creating User reports break and log in / log out report.
(l) Interacting with client directly through scheduled daily / weekly Transmission.
(m) Ensure deliverables (Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports & Dashboard) are prepared to satisfy the project requirements cost and schedule.
(n) Excellent in MS Access, MS Excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, lookup, Pivot Table & PivotTable Chart,
Charts, Macro, Forms, data validation & Scenarios).
Prepared Proactive checklist for database & important work to avoid future downtime.
(o) Making advanced presentation in Ms PowerPoint to present MIS & other related important reports.
