Job Responsibilities:
• Carrying out regular site inspection and supervision for substructure, superstructure and underground utilities of Concrete Works and also Checking/supervising the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs etc.
• Accountable for detailed planning of all stages of construction activities involving manpower, equipments and materials.
• Supervising site inspection activities, checking incoming materials, wastage of materials and safety standards at site.
• Responsible for identifying Non-Conformities and generate Non- Conformity Report (NCR) of works and proposed corrective actions ensuring that is being done properly and correctly during re-construction and answer NC’s report being raised by the client representative.
• Providing technical support to the project management team and field staff on all project drawings.
• Prepared detailed project report reporting to the higher authorities.
• Scrutiny the construction methods proposed by the contractor and implementing quality assurance and inspection of the works.
• Pre-structure inspections prior to concreting, check steel bar arrangements, size as per drawings, form work integrity and strength, dimensional checking, cleanliness, check anchor bolts, base plates shown on drawings.
• Executing regular inspection of the resources deployed by the Contractor and to ensure that they are adequate and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Post Concrete inspection check form work removal, curing, check for honey comb or cracks
Check/verify the materials certificate from the supplier based on approved specs/standards by the clients.
• Ensuring optimal utilization of available resources while controlling overhead costs and enhancing productivity.
• Coordinating drawings of civil, electrical, & plumbing works, and resolving technical queries along with Consultant.
