Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely manner.
Handling of 4 Recruiters, Train them and motivate them for generating the business.
Conducting Induction programs to new Recruiters.
Sourcing the candidates through job portals(Naukri, Monster ).
Screening the resumes, after having a detailed discussion with the candidates Conducting
first round of interview.
Coordinating with the client during entire interviewing process.
Bulk Mailing & Job Posting.
