➢ Other miscellaneous refractory work at melt shop.

As a Executive (Tech) in Refractory Deptt: To supervise & manage refractory lining & maintenance
work at following section of Melt Shop.
➢ 15 tons Electrical Arc Furnace. (EAF)
➢ 15 tons Ladle Furnace.
➢ Tundish lining at Continuous Billet Caster (CC)
➢ Vacuum degassing /Vacuum oxygen decarburizing unit (VD/VOD)
➢ EAF/L.F Roof Casting.
➢ Well Blocks Casting.
➢ In- House cost effective development of refractories.
Achivements
➢ Recycling of used Mg O-C bricks, EAF Roof (High Alumina 97%) and other product.
➢ Casting of Ladle Shroud.
➢ Developed local Masses and different types of castable.
