Recruited to help newly established HR department, guiding the initials and management of a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs. Worked with senior management/CEO to create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; develop orientation, training and development programs. Manage leaves (annual, leave-of-absence) system and personnel records; administer staff accommodation; administer HR budget; and handle OH&S issues.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
 Played a key role in ensuring the successful startup of HR department. Structured and implemented policies in the areas of record keeping, training, grading & compensation structure, benefits packages, incentives and new-employee orientation.
 Fostered a teamwork/open-door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the organization.
