\[NTC\] is a government-based IT and Telecom services provider in Pakistan providing a variety of services including voice, ISDN, DSL, dialup, Web Hosting & email solutions, Co-Location, VPN, Audio/Video Conferencing, leased Circuits and cloud \[infrastructure \[IAAS\], platforms \[PAAS\] and software \[SAAS\])\] services. Major Duties are
• Leading the implementation of major transformations (Billing Customer Care & Interconnect and ERP) with 10+ project teams
• Leading the Requirements, RFP, Evaluation and best-of-two-negotiations processes & communications.
• Leading evaluation of the existing BSS systems, Business Processes and the Billing & Interconnect/Revenue Sharing architecture. • Ensure that the solution will support both the functional and the non-functional requirements and will adapt to future changes in terms of changes in business processes, user requirements and the predicted growth of business.

• Assist CTO to develop and implement IT roadmap, strategies, standards and policies

• Responsible for end-to-end design of a single convergent VAS charging solution based on standards (i.e. NGOSS)

I was member of Change Advisory Board (CAB) and major duties were
• Responsible for future OSS/BSS roadmap, business requirements analysis, negotiations, specification, business processes improvements, trainings, UAT and documentation

• Responsible for acquiring all BSS(Mediation, Billing, Interconnect Settlement, Receivable Management and CRM) operations from vendor - through managed service contract - Production of all customer billing accurately & on time with the team of 35+ and 5000+ end users
• Handling of 5 billion CDRs (monthly) collection and processing from 450+ Network Elements (including 150 Points of Interconnect (POIs)) ranging from TDM to IP based and CDMA technology
• Responsible for billing of 3.5 million customers, settlement with 100+ international carriers & 40+ national interconnect operators including 5 Mobile operators, and 18+ product & services
• Responsible for mentoring, grooming and growth of operational teams
• Responsible for development of SOPs, billing processes and controls to ensure the complete and accurate billing

Working as BSS & Integration Architect of USD 30 Million worth “Billing & Customer Care solution” project (including Mediation, Provisioning, Billing including inter-connect settlement, Receivable, Customer Care, Fraud Management, Business Intelligence Modules, Intranet & Call Centers). ZTE, NCR, SIEMENS, ALCATEL & HUAWEI are major contractors. My responsibilities included:
• IT project management of the Integration, CRM, Provisioning, Billing System
• Preparation of Technical Requirements (CRM, Provisioning, Billing System) after analysis of existing infrastructure and business processes (mainly Fulfillment, Assurance & Billing)
