• Develop the high-level resource-loaded schedule with the Client and Contractor teams to ensure programme is aligned with the contract documents, design drawings, and bill of quantities for the infrastructure project including Road works, Landscaping, stormwater, Irrigation, Potable, and Firefighting network including pumping stations
• Review and approve the construction sequence as per the method statements, material delivery, work Inspections, and testing plans for all construction activities
• Review and approve the Contractor’s resource plan for required manpower, equipment, material, and cost breakdown for the project in P6
• Maintaining the Level 3 schedule as per the PMO requirements for the Client’s directors and decision making
• Review construction permits from local authorities against the project schedule and ensure required requests are approved to allow suitable time for the Contractor to continue the work
• Support commercial department in preparing tenders, contract bids (RFPs and ITT) and evaluate bids as per the procedures
• Prepare the weekly and monthly project reports, dashboard, and presentation for presenting to the Client’s management team
• Support management for completing the Project’s milestones as per the Baseline programme schedule
• Directly involve in construction supervision, overseeing a team of Contractor’s Planners, Project Engineers, Site Managers, HSE Manager, and Consultants
• Reviewing, submitting, and giving recommendations to the Client for approval of Project plans and any Contractor’s claims for the infrastructure package
• Attend project coordination, engineering, commercial, and progress meetings with Client, Supervision Consultant, design consultant, and Contractor for different phases of project
• Supported in the preparation of subcontract tenders, Supplier’s purchase orders, and change notices with Contracts and Commercial teams
• Coordinated, developed, and got approval for the construction sequence and Baseline Programme from the Client/Authority
• Estimated Resources (workforce, cost, and equipment) and assigned to the schedules for various construction sites as per the established project management standards
• Assigned approved budget among different WBS levels for controlling and monitoring as per earned value and reporting procedures
• Ensured the material delivery schedules are aligned with the overall Procurement strategy based on the design, construction, and installation schedule for long lead items
• Updated the monthly progress compared to the approved baseline for performance measurement and reporting to the internal project management office and to the Authorities
• Performed Variance analysis of Construction progress, identified various schedule risks and mitigated them by conducting site visits and controlling the baseline schedule milestones
• Reviewed and ensured the Subcontractor’s and supplier’s timelines and plans are aligned with CJV’s integrated target baseline and within approved timelines
• Prepared project’s performance reports and managed the database for periodic internal Audits.
• Liaised with the Project manager, site managers, Project Engineers, and other Project stakeholders/entities throughout the life cycle of the project
• Supervised the junior staff/trainees/subordinates within the Project team and the subcontractors/suppliers

o Identified the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system.
o Implemented the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.
