• Prepare a plan for the guards' duty on a rotation or continuous basis.
• Being responsible for the workforce, directing resources to where they are needed.
• Ensure all necessary property inspections have been carried out and security equipment is in serviceable condition.
• In conjunction with the Day Supervisor and Sr. Security Officer ensure that sufficient staff are always on duty and check details of staffing levels.
• Responsible for ensuring procedures are in place for the secure control of all Master
keys.
• Ensure all fire alarm activations are responded to appropriately by 'Call Challenge'.
• Ensure all incidents are accurately logged onto a database.
• Housekeeping.
• Maintaining leave records, personal files, AND Payroll.
• Attendance Record keeping
• Update employees' data in HRMS.
