-Repair and rehabilitation of the train 3 for all civil and structural work.
-Civil work for drilling: Earthwork preparation of field, Construction of gypsum well pads including berms, Cutting pit, Burn pit, Water pit, Waste Swage pit,
-Opening of access roads, Well head pad pre drilling works preparation, installing conductor pipes & cellar, construction of main rig, concrete pad, mud pump concrete slab and concrete ditches, excavation of pits.
-Periodic repair the airstrip at Tiguentourine
-Construction of military camps all work concerning (earthworks, civil work, VRD, installation of cabinets)
-new buildings of the Tiguentourine airstrip, including earthworks, opening of access roads, excavations for foundations and various electrical cables, and all civil works (reinforcement, formwork, casting Concrete formwork Flintkote, backfilling, general housekeeping

II-Gathering Civil Inspector
-Supervision of all civil work related to Gathering System
-Ensure all work executed by the construction contractor is carried out in a professional, safe & environmentally friendly manner at all times.
-Provide assurance that all construction activities are performed in accordance with required codes and specifications
-Provide effective guidance and coaching and motivation to project and Contractor personnel to ensure all civil works construction activities are performed efficiently, and safely and in performing Scope of Work in accordance with Contract requirement
-Assist in the preparation, review and implementation of risk assessments and method statements for planned construction activities
-Support the correct implementation of the IA Control of Work Standard (including the Permit to Work system) at all construction sites
-Review contractors construction schedules to ensure they include all required activities, realistic timelines, logical sequencing, adequate resources
-Monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure that planned progress is being met and identify necessary mitigating actions to recover progress delays
-Utilize the established Management of Change (MOC) and Site Technical Query (STQ) procedures for addressing construction changes/issues in the field
-Ensuring all plant/equipment used for construction activities is fit for purpose and well maintained
-Ensure that materials are at site as planned, preserved and prepared for delivery to the contractors
-Interface with other key personnel in the Projects team
-Report all anomalies to the QA/QC Coordinator where the integrity of the civil works will be affected
-Conduct and ensure that all Punch list items are cleared in a timely manner and completed in accordance with Codes/Standards/Specifications and Engineered designed Drawings (AFC/IFC)
-Conduct audits with support from QA / QC Coordinator on materials quality and conformance of structures and facilities done by contractors.
-Prepare reports as requested and required from QA/QC Coordinator documenting the daily activities
-Ensure that all field marked up drawings are correct and all information has been identified
-Ensure detailed handover notes are prepared for “back to back” at end of rotation
