Managing QAQC department for Heavy Civil Engineering Railway Project.
Worked as QAQC Manager for the UAE’s unique theme park-based project ABU DHABI SEA WORLD located in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The project is designed to habitat all types of known Sea living creatures in the natural
environment. Aspen creations' scope specializes in the formation of artificial rockwork (outside & inside in water) and sculptures including boat, sea lighthouse, kelp screens, gypsum board decorations, wall & floor thematic painting, etc.

Operator: SeaWorld & Client: MIRAL
My job responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
Develop & Implement Project Quality Assurance Plan
Coordinate meetings with Main Contractor, construction team,
suppliers and sub-contractors for Quality issues.
Ensure all Material reviews & submittals comply with project specifications and standards.
Manage Work Inspections & ensure all work activities & testing (in-house / Third-party Lab)comply with an approved method statement, drawings, and project specification.
Ensure project documentation comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Actively participating in external / Internal-Audit programs.
Ensure to minimize NCR through performing Quality awareness on-site training.
Track monthly KPI’s, prepare QA/QC Report for Management review.
Worked as a supervision consultant, Senior Engineer QA QC - at Al Bateen & Al Yahar KG School building Projects capacity 360 students each in Al Ain City (Abu Dhabi) worth contract value AED 82 million, for the client ADEK and Employer M/s MUSANADA.
Present Job Responsibilities:
-> Prepare & implement Quality Assurance Plan and Method statements, Inspection & Test Plan, Quality control procedures, work inspections.
-> Responsible for handling Material approval submittals, Logsheets, RFI, KPI’S, NCR issuance & closure, Site observations, Concrete mix designs, Contractors, etc.
-> Coordination with client/contractor and sub-contractors for site Quality related issues.
-> Plan Inspection requests for the Inspectors in coordination with Contractor.
-> Monitoring contractor works at site as per project specifications and drawings.
-> Ensure site works such as reinforcement, shuttering, line & level, safety terms according to project specifications & BS/ASTM standards.
-> Ensure all the inventory materials of civil construction as per specifications and approvals.
-> Correspondence for 3rd party labs for testing of construction materials as per project specification requirements.
-> Monitoring document controllers for proper handling and filing system of project documentation.
Developing Method Statements, ITP, Internal Audits, Material submittals and approvals, Mix designs, Work Inspections, Dealing with Consultant / client for Quality issues, Factory visits for source of material and process.
Managing 12 sites for 5200 Housing Logdments of Govt. Project

Dealing with client & consultants on various quality related issues & approvals, Closing up of issued NCR from client, Concrete mix designs, Coordinate third party Laboratory tests conduct like cube test, soil test, sieve analysis, cement test, FDD test, Ensure to keep the quality work at site such as reinforcement, shuttering, methodology as per Internal Test Plan, Quality Assurance Plan & Relevant specified BS/EN Codes / ASTM / Project technical specification.
Overall Responsible for Quality Control at site.
To ensure quality control such as reinforcement, shuttering, line & level, safety terms as per specifications & IS/ASTM codes.
To check all the inventory materials of civil construction & approval quality product.
Economical Concrete Mix Designs.
Correspondence for 3rd party tests of materials
Daily reports of RMC, consumption of material, testing of material such as cement Admixture, Course Aggregate & Fine Aggregate, Hollow blocks, Sample Cubes of structure and Scaffolding material etc.
Worked at Delhi Metro Rail corporation project for Larsen & Tubro Limited, RMC division.
My responsibilities were Conducting Trial mix of concrete mix designs, batching plants control, testings of materials and concrete samples including maintaining Concrete workability at delivered sites.
I worked for M/s United Engineers an architectural private company mainly business for design and supervision consulting for mid size projects for villas, small complex and Hotel buildings.
My role was, drafting the plan, elevation and section on the work sheets for blue prints submission to Development authorities approval.
I was engaged dealing with Govt officials for approvals and follow-ups.
