Job Responsibilities:
 Ensuring all company vessels are maintained in accordance with class, flag and clients’ requirements. In charge for maintenance of all mechanical & electrical equipment onboard company vessels
 Responsible for dry dockings of all company vessels. Liaison with shipyard and contractors during repairs and dry‐docking.
 Coordinate with external auditors/surveyors for surveillance audit and class Surveys and
 Internal audit planning and control of the Q&HSE MS of the company.
 Arrange and follow up repair and service /class requirements, charters /client surveys in UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
 Planning, budgeting, organizing, cost control, supervision, coordination, and all functions relating to the ship fleet.
 Ensure that the vessels are properly manned. All equipment and machinery are operated at optimum performance. Ensure proper up‐to‐date records are prepared during /on completion of dry dock and repair for actual and anticipated expenditure as well as quality of work and product involved.
 Attend all vessels offshore & during port calls, ensuring the proper allocation of available resources to complete technical work lists relating to mechanical, electrical, electronic & Navigation Equipment.
 Evaluate and monitor the required reporting from the vessels, act as required
 Rectification of any recommendations or deficiencies as a result of the Client, class, and on Hire surveys within the given time frame.
 Conduct and compile management operation visit reports to all vessel in the fleet.
 Monitor implementation of vessel HSE program.
Maintenance and overhauling Skills
 Expert for maintenance, troubleshooting, of, MAK, MAN Caterpillar and Wartsila engines. Fully familiar with MUI, EUI&HEUI Engines by using latest cat diagnostic tools ET and fast repairs at offshore Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and UAE oil fields
 Hands‐on experience in operation and maintenance, troubleshooting of winches (Rolls Royce, RiderinKhof) hydraulic system, pneumatic system, and its control.
Shipbuilding Projects Experience
Damen Shipyard Galati Romania
 Monitor construction and Commissioning Work of new‐build vessels
 Monitor complete project from kickoff meeting till delivery of the new built AHT vessels
 Monitor Sea trial and related issue/delivery and post-delivery matters.
Damen Al-Bwardy shipyard Hamriyah Sharjah, Abu Dhabi shipbuilding & Drydock word Dubai
Arrange vessels drydock special survey/intermediate survey at one of the above yards as per the given time frame.
