Benefits and Salary Administration
• Provide first line of HR operational support to employees and managers on human resource issues including answering questions, resolving issues and processing related paperwork.
• Handles the administration and tracking of employee benefits (ie. maternity/vacation/special leaves, medical insurance, payment of annual vacation tickets, payment of end of contract gratuity etc.).
• Verifies employees benefit entitlement and provides timely administration of benefit related issues.
• Process monthly salary of Artan Holding Holding and its SBUs
New Hire Orientation
• Conduct orientation for new starters regarding the organizational structure of Artan Holding and other Strategic Business Units, Payroll Schedule, Company’s Holidays, Leave Entitlement, Visa Processes and Employee Self Service Information Sytem.
Leavers
• Works closely with the Line Manager to ensure payroll action and clearances are completed satisfactorily.
• Prepares final settlement and payment requisition for leavers.
• Facilitates the departure of employees, ensure appropriate pay and other actions are accurately calculated and taken on time.
HR Information System
• Overall in charge with the HR software - 2interact Employee Self Service Information System
• Provide application support to users including instructions, navigation, troubleshooting, maintenance and evaluations to determine solutions and alternatives.
Policies and Procedures
• Contributes to the development of departmental policies and procedures. Develops guidelines to ensure related protocols and practices are documented and approved. Proactively identifies necessary improvement to human resources processes.
• Liaises with other members of the SBUS as required to ensure sharing of information and continual improvement of client services and accuracy of information.
Develops, advises on and implements policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the organization. Covers areas such as working practices, recruitment, pay, conditions of employment and diversity. Ensures that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance in order to achieve the organization’s objectives.
