• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the execution of complex onshore/offshore
construction projects across the oil & gas and energy sectors, from early planning through

• Lead the tendering and contract award process for construction and fabrication packages; define
scopes of work, participate in technical bid evaluations, and monitor contractor performance against
KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor and control project budgets and resource plans, ensuring optimal allocation of manpower,
equipment, and materials; oversee accurate forecasting and cost reporting to support financial
control and accountability.
• Identify project risks and lead the development and execution of mitigation strategies, ensuring
minimal impact to project scope, cost, and schedule.
• Champion HSSE initiatives, instilling a culture of safety across all project levels. Conduct regular
safety audits, toolbox talks, and compliance reviews in line with international standards.
• Conduct constructability reviews during detailed design phases, providing input to engineering to
enhance project execution and minimize rework.
• Drive productivity through tracking of work progress, performance analysis, and deployment of
corrective actions to address underperformance or delays.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and readiness reviews with stakeholders; prepare and deliver high
level reports and presentations for client and executive management.
• Ensure quality compliance by implementing inspection and testing plans, non-conformance tracking,
and final documentation handover procedures.
• Manage change control procedures and ensure all variations to scope, cost, or schedule are properly
documented, assessed, approved, and communicated.
• Support organizational growth and capability development by mentoring junior engineers and site
management personnel and contributing to the development of standardized construction practices
and procedures.
• Participate in project close-out, lessons learned workshops, and post-project performance
evaluations to enhance future project delivery.
