Implementing Company HSE policy at site.Implementation of procedures/ practices as per standard. Safety Inspection of construction activities carried out at site. Conduct weekly Inspection report, Monthly performance Report. Attend Safety Review meetings for better implementation of safety standards as per the company and statutory requirement.
Activites include dealing with Client, Subcontractors, and Safety Personels attending meetings with client related to safety &environment issues. Reporting to HSE manager. Attend weekly walk through along with client closing the issues by coordinating with subcontractors and HSE Personals on site.

HSE Engineer - act as a catalyst in motivating and advising the site management and front line engineers and foremen to fulfill their obligations on safety.
-To Assist the Project Manager/ Construction Manager in implementing the guidelines given in this document.
-To provide necessary safety statistical information to client and at head office
-To conduct periodical H.S.E Audits based on contractual requirement of the project
-To conduct job Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment of Hazardous process.
-To conduct HSE training program on construction safety.
- Reporting to Project HSE Manager regarding all Safety Matters.

-Implementing Company HSE policy at site.

-Assist all Supervisors & Engineers to conduct tool box talks before start new job.
-Form Safety committee and conduct regular meetings to review of Safety performance and improvements.
-Conduct regular Safety inspections at site and ensure compliance of Safety requirements.
-Conduct regular job specific Safety training.
-Ensure Safety documentation and work permits.
-Identify Safety Hazards on the site and take corrective action.
-Ensure adequate personal protective equipment at site.
-Accident investigation and finding root cause of accidents and proposing action plan.
-Conduct Fire (Mock) drill training.
-Enhance Safety awareness on site.
-Ensure to maintain First Aid Box at work site.
-Ensure the maintenance of good housekeeping on the site.
-Advice on potential hazards at work site.
-Motivate the employees to establish a safe working environment on the site.
-Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly report.
Monitoring the assigned construction scope in order to ensure that the work performed by the Company agree all standards for safety, health and environment in full filling client requirements.
-Ensuring that the assigned activities and scope of work in carried out without any significant HSE incidents.
-Providing training and induction / awareness courses on HSE and related areas for the employees.
-Fire prevention: Coordinating and advising on firefighting facilities/equipment. Schedule and plan periodical maintenance.
-Conducting audits/mock drills to ensure the fire prevention measures are in place and to identify the areas for improvement.
-Determining the nature of hazards & instructed action plans in event of any emergency or fire/gas detection and also suggest necessary measures for better condition of the work environment.
-Ensurethe maintenance of good housekeeping on site.
Responsible for all safety related features of the Project including safety of workers, equipment’s and machines.
-Coordinating and conducting mock-exercises with Quick Response Team in case of an accident.
-Conducting daily meetings with workers and weekly meetings with contractors regarding safety and precautions during work at site.
-Attending weekly safety meetings conducted by the consultant.
-Briefing workers and contractors about safety and precautions to be taken before the commencement of any new work in the project with preparatory meeting.
-Preparing and submitting all daily, weekly and monthly safety report to the Head Office as well as consultant.
