Special Skills:
•Spearheading the process of securing visas for newly immigrated staff and their family members as well as renewing the same as and when required.
•Acquiring visa from most of the foreign embassies for business and personal purposes of the staff.
•Coordinating with HR department for any labour/ immigration concerns, request for new work permits and ensuring speedy resolution of the same.
•Maintaining a systematic record of transactions related to the processing of work permits and visas for staff and their family members.
•Mentoring and supervising other Public Relations Officers by delegating responsibilities and reviewing performance of juniors on a periodic basis and motivating them to enrich their competencies for achieving business goals.
•Constantly interacted with the Ministry of Labour and Immigration offices for the issuance and renewal of visa for immigrated staff and their families.
•Handled legal affairs of the company by acquiring approval from Municipal Affairs for various activities of the company like license renewal, contract approval etc.
•Dealt with the legal aspect of the company transport including registration and renewal of registration of the company vehicles.
•Networked with the planning and finance departments, keeping them updated with visa status of the employees.
•Organize periodic renewal of Licenses
•Submission of correct documentation to the Ministry Of Labor for visa applications
•Submission of correct documentation to obtain licenses and efficient collection of Licenses to take place when completed
•Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
•Arrange medical tests, passports, memos, promotional draws and fine resolution.
•Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & in accordance with services such as mobile & landline phone services (connections/disconnections/repairs), mail, electricity
•Accompany the employee as they exit the country.
•Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, export license, economic license, foreign license, etc;
•Proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits, and company related licenses;
•Assist employees in the process of renewing visas for their immediate dependents;
•Assist all sponsored staff and their dependents in the medical check process;
•Manage the visa checklist as when the rules on visa/labor changes;
•Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies;• To maintain database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change
•Monitoring the compliances of legal formalities and paperwork in the process of acquiring and renewing visas.
•Office Administration, working in computer, mails, Internet.
•Diplomacy in dealing with others.
•Print, renew visas for Employ and Family than I send to the Online Program and also I’m going direct to the Ministry of Interior if there are any problems in visas.
•Print, renew and cancel the Labor cards and also I go to the Ministry of Labor to resolve any problem facing the company
•Appling Quota for company
•Renewal the Company Commercial license
•Printing, delivery and renewal security permits(Onshore/Offshore) of oil fields in Critical Infrastructure & Coastal Protection Authority
•Taking staff to the medical examination
•Taking staff to the Emirates ID for fingerprint
•Solve any Problem facing the company in labor courts
•Entry staff data in CID System
•Writing letters to traffic for open license & solve any Problem facing staff in traffic
•Assistance any one need help in all functions of Public Relation
