• Update and Maintain CEO’s calendar: diary management, setting-up and coordinating meetings.
• Coordinate and set- up conference calls, board and management meetings and preparing transcribe and distribute meeting agenda and minutes.
• Follow up on CEO’s emails and inquiries within the organization and with third parties.
• Handle the CEO’s bookings, tickets, hotels, and visas.
• Perform general clerical work including filing, correspondences, photocopying, faxing and mailing.
• Manage personal work for the CEO.
• Translating all documents related to school and the Partnership Agreement between the school and the Agency for French Education Abroad under the supervision of French Embassy.
• Maintaining the general filing system and file all correspondence.
• Receiving and sending e-mail.
• Receiving, directing and relaying telephones messages and fax messages.
• Typing confidential documents and letters.
• Handling all secretarial services.
