-Manage the end-to-end Organization’s Performance Management
-Manage Employee Training needs for the entire organization
-Review the Organization’s HR policies to comply with UAE Labour Law
-Implement Dubai Cares Manpower Plan based on the approved Manpower budget
-Manage and handle the recruitment process beginning with sourcing candidates to successful on-boarding of new joiners
-Source and evaluate recruitment agencies
-Responsible for evaluating medical insurance providers annually and act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all medical insurance related issues

Promoted to handle performance appraisal for the entire organization and to handle employees training and self-development.
-My responsibility was to analyze employee needs to achieve the organization goals and evaluate the suitable training for their self-development and career progression.

Major Achievement:
Saved 60% cost of the assigned budget for training


June 2009 - December 2013
Senior HR Officer

-Managed the on-boarding process for all new joiners
-Prepared and executed the monthly payroll process for the organization
-Key member in the task force team set to develop the HR Policy, Employee Manual
-Handled the UAE National Pension Plan
-Maintained employees’ files and data to have accurate and most up-to-date personnel information & HR documents
-Migrated all employees’ data (payroll, personal data) to Menatec HR Management System from 2007 to 2009
-Created employee satisfaction surveys and performance appraisals on Menatec
-Prepared job descriptions
-Managed the internship program to support Dubai Cares departments
-Managed the “Exit Procedure” for all resignations which includes conducting exit interviews, monitoring attrition rate and providing feedback to senior management on preventive actions
-Handled all HR communication

Major Achievements:
Set-up the HR department by preparing HR policies and procedures and implemented a new HR system.
