 Familiarize and implement the Project Quality Plan intended to the project.
 Ensure that the approved Project Quality Plan is implemented on the project and support the Company policy and Quality Management System.
 Daily Site walks, Monitor progress on site and advising Site team and Subcontractor for any Observation regarding deviation on quality of works
 Prepare QA/QC-Monthly Quality Status Report and submit to QA/QC Manager
 Report to Project Manager regarding any discrepancy and Non conformance to specification and approved drawing observed on site.
 Maintain and updating QA/QC records(such as IR, Calibration, Method Statement, ITP, NCR, Test report, Authority file….) and participate in Internal and External Quality Audit.
 Inspection of materials delivered on site and raised Lab Material Testing for witness (if required) and Ensure that verified and meet the contract requirements.
 Raised Inspection request including DEWA Checklist filled and liaise with Client/Consultant on inspection, and informed Site Engineer or Supervisor to immediately rectify and complied the comments on Inspection.
 Raised (Internal) Non Conformance Report and Observation report to Site team and Subcontractors for any discrepancy observed on approved drawing and specification.
 Monitor/recording the Concrete Cubes sample and sending to Lab for Testing (Compressive strength test)
 Assist in preparation of Method Statement and Inspection Test Plan
 Assist in preparation of Material and Technical submittal for Consultant/DEWA approval.
 Assist the Site team for responding and closing the SITE NOTES/SITE INSTRUCTION/Non Conformance Report issued by Consultant/DEWA Engineer.

 Responsible for monitoring and reporting QA/QC related issue observed on site to Senior QA/QC Engineer or Construction Manager.
 Prepare and submit Work Inspection Request (WIR) to Consultant as per Site Team requested and ready for inspection.
 Assisting consultants during the inspections, coordinating with the third party lab regarding tests and results.
 Controlling all inspection activities onsite in line with approved MS & ITPs, Ensuring that the consultant / client comments are implemented.
 Inspecting all materials delivered at site to ensure that they conform to the specified quality requirements.
