RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading and Organizing Project team.
• Delegate and coordinate tasks and activities through project hierarchy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare project budget estimate.
• Prepare performance reports.

• Use earned value analysis (EVA) to track/evaluate costs, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervised all civil works at the site including concrete and finishing ensuring compliance with project scope, schedules and budgets.
• Prepared project plans with time lines and formulated work programs for optimum sequencing of jobs for best utilization of all project resources.
• Coordinated with the technical department to ensure on time availability of approved structural drawings and for revision of drawings to meet site conditions.
• Monitored all ongoing works and assured strict adherence to approved drawings, materials, method statements, quality standards and safety rules.

• Conducted surveys of the road construction site using total station and set out points and lines ensuring proper alignment of the road as per approved plans.
• Provided details of levels of various stations to surveyors and ensured completion of layout of the road ensuring adherence with project specifications.
• Prepared shop drawings for civil works including concrete structures including culverts and bridges as per approved national standards and codes.
• Supervised and ensured quality of various items including sub-grade and compaction test, concrete mix and supervision of concrete finisher and installation of concrete kerbstones and New Jersey barriers.
• Managed a team of supervisors and technicians and monitored jobs executed by contractors ensuring achievement of progress, quality, budget and safety objectives.
• Participated in periodic meetings with stakeholders including consultants, contractors and local authorities to resolve all project related issues.
• Prepared and submitted daily and weekly project progress and status reports to the management and implemented recommended action plans to achieve project milestones.
