*Key Accountability
- Staff force planner and Controller.

-HRIS Audit / implementation / solution Program
-Apply TQM tools to improve work efficiency ( Kaizen-A3-3C-pain pool)
- Pays employees and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation; completing reports; maintaining records.
- Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
-Manage and supervise direct reports within the Payroll Team/HR /head manager .
-Calculation, payment and reconciliation of staff End of services.
*Key Activities
• Create Payroll process and Monthly task plan for KSA and BHR
• Update KSA and BHR Master Payroll File and maintain various databases
• Provide the supporting report related to payroll for the CFO, HR and Head managers.
• Prepare monthly staff Accrual report, vacation, air ticket, GOSI, Gratuity.
• Review and update the sys by Vacation Request, duty resumption, air ticket.
• Review and check Budget then getting final Approval and update the sys by new recruitment, increment or promotion salaries, and transfer between the channels.
• Review and update the sys by Commissions & Incentives Report, overtime, any other staff benefits or deduction.
• Review and update the sys by Final check list Request and prepare the EOS Settlement
• Fully control for Attendance and check staff status then reflect the result into Payroll Sys.
• Handle KSA Payroll that include three regions, and Bahrain Country.
• Prepare Budget Vs Actual report, and check any variances to be solved with the current period.
• Part of implementation team for The ORACLE ERP SYS HR& Payroll Module.
• Provide Solution To reduce Waste Time / Amounts by using A3 Form that Includes 5Y, VSM, FSM, Fish Bone …., .
• PR Payment control, PR Reports.
• Response about the payroll Oracle sys, Transaction, Supporting, open & close periods, Mapping to ERP Finance Module.
• Achieving tight monthly deadline by prompt processing of transactions.
• Complete timely reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounting, related to GL& Region.
• Monthly Accruals Reconciliation.
• Weakly Petty Cash Reconciliation
• Monthly Prepayments Reconciliation
• Record all cash activity to GL Module & Payable Module.
• Perform lease operating expenses.
• Review the claims and give payment approval, as long as it matching entity Policy.

-Responsible for reviewing and preparing all financial reports and accounting statements
-Responsible for ensuring that a control mechanism is implemented in the centers under supervision
-Responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are conducted as per company policies and procedures
-Responsible for leading, directing and coaching the accounting team
*Key Activities
-Prepare P&L, balance sheet and other financial statements like depreciation statements, cash flow, debtor and creditor lists and repayment schedules .
-Review the trial balance, general ledger
-Inform Head Office of any deviations from procedures as well as analyze, revenue and expense trends on a regular basis
-Monitor daily cash and bank movements
-Prepare payroll

- review the accurate of data, and be sure that the SIM Activated by customer before pay any incentive
• Receive the mobile lines bills & make sure the bills are accurate & include the appropriate papers for each contract.
• Review currencies transfer dealing & compare it to make sure it is accurate.
• Monitor stock exchange in the bank, record the daily changes and meet company’s stocks representative that deals with the Egyptian stock market.
• Increase the period of customers letter guarantee and account the bank commissions.
