ASTAD Project Management is a Joint Venture between Qatar Petroleum and Qatar Foundation set with a vision to “To provide superior project management services across the region for complex and challenging infrastructure and building projects”
Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer, I joined ASTAD and played a key role in managing the setup of the HR Department while looking after the transition of the Recruitment and Manpower department from Qatar Petroleum to be fully independently operated by ASTAD.
While managing the day to day recruitment and manpower planning activities, I contributed to the HR Management team in setting up the HR Function, I did more of a generalist role participating to the review of policies and procedures, advising employees on new compensation and benefits packages, managed the transition of all employees from QP to ASTAD, Established the employee induction process, looked after employee relations and managed the implementation of the Oracle HRIS.
Manage the Recruitment and Human Capital Planning Department for QFCA.
Managed a team of 27 employees in charge of recruitment operations for the Asian Games Volunteers Program
Commercial bank is the 2nd largest bank in Qatar, the 1st private bank established in 1974 has grown to 18 branches, more than 600 employees with operations covering retail banking, corporate banking, investments and Islamic Banking.
As Manager, Employee Development and Recruitment I report to the Head of Human Resources and manage a team of 5 people with full responsibility over employee development, training and recruitment for Commercial bank.

- Managing a team of 5 members responsible for all bank's training and recruitment activities
