01. Provide hands-on support for division and project managers.
02. Managing all PMO aspects in the division ( e.g., cost, document management, reporting, and KPI)
3. Get involved with managing knowledge to help promote the division, project management methods and standards, and the best ways to manage projects.
04. Work with the division manager at the start of the project to decide on the right level of governance and adjust project management practices to fit the needs of the project.
05. Provide a center of expertise and develop consistent standards and procedures, including templates, and guidance for the project management knowledge area, such as project start-up, risk analysis, issue and change control analysis, information and configuration management, activity- and product-based planning techniques, methods, and tools, quality assurance, and project organization structures.
06. Design and support governance and reporting for the division or projects by Power BI.
07. Provide a center of coordination between the division and PMO manager to make sure that all PMO tools, processes, and procedures are implemented in the division.
Responsible for following up the current role:
• Participated in Managing projects for different functional areas e.g HR, IT, Fixed lines, power, sales, marketing and Mobile projects working with highest PM standards as the following:
• Assemble the project Initiation Documentation (PID)
• Prepare The project Plan "approach & options"
• Prepare, Verify, update, review The Business Case and pre initiation studies
• Manage and prepare Projects Schedule, Monitoring and Tracking projects
• Monitored timelines & flagged potential issues to be addressed.
• Managed all phases of projects from initiation to closure.
• Defined clear targets, objectives and communicate them with other team members.
• Prepared project management master plan and defined baselines.
• Managed stakeholders’ expectations and change management.
• Collect the lesson learned periodically and assist to realize Benefits if any.

• Participate in the renewal of the license of REP "Registered Education Provider " from "PMI" the USA
• Follow-up the trainers who obtained the international certification to assist them at the renewal procedures
Responsible for following up the current role:
• Update HR documentation (Monthly report, Leavers guide, etc.) on a regular basis and communicate wherever possible.
• Ensure all new joiners information is accurately completed into the system.
• Ensure compliance with all HR legislation and keep up to date with changes to Local law which may affect the Company. Communicate key legislation to relevant staff. Ensure all policies related to HR are adhered to at all times.
• Handling employee’s assignment new joiners and employees back from leave.
• Develop and maintain HR databases, personnel files, and physical filing system
• Assist with recruitment through advertisement placing, phone screening, scheduling interview, background checks, and orientation
• Update and maintain job analysis ( job descriptions, job specifications)
Responsible for following up the current role:
• Recording in the journal account.
• Prepare general ledger account.
• Prepare the trial balance ( balance and totals)
• Preparation of final statements (balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows)
• Conduct the financial analyses and Inventory adjustments.
• Solve the problems of customers' accounts.

• Assist with student orientation and enrollment, records management at department of postgraduate students.
• prepare graduation certificates
• Effective communication with University policies, procedures and concepts to inform it to variety of students.
