Developing, testing and evaluating all new updates and enhancements on the commercial system

- Training to members

Directing meetings for new and existing members to provide clarification on technical aspects of commercial system

- Process and Procedure documentation

Producing business and technical functional documentation

Part of the com ops team participating in the bid management process for  private and public deals, coordination of large multi p & L deals and contract review for direct sales.
