I am part of Enterprise Architecture practice. The practice develops solution architectures for various clients of Capgemini in banking industry. Presently working with Commercial Banking unit of a leading banking account as Technical Solution Architect where I developed solutions for various regulatory requirements, Business products and client’s digital transformation program such as UK Cheque Imaging for in-clearing & out-clearing, Poland VAT Split Payment, Retail Business Banking Fusion program, Bill Payment Transformation, BACS returns reports and FCA Reports for different interest components of TD, Savings & Currents Accounts.
I present solution to various stake holders, architecture review boards and IT security reviews.
During implementation phase, I assist team comprises of application developers, middleware, FT & performance testing in developing all the work products.
I was an Accredited Technical Solution Architect for enterprise solutions, where I lead the team in developing various J2EE applications & SOA based services. My responsibilities include working with the customer from concept to deployment of the application.
I developed solution architectures for and managed critical projects having NFRs of millions of transactions per day such as VAS Consent Gateway Platform, 121-Promotional IVR, 198 Complaint System, Tele-verification Process, Sales & Marketing Campaign Consent Platform, Rule based SMS platform and Disaster Recovery for Centralized IVR.
I designed and integrated J2EE based applications with various external systems such as CRM, IN (Intelligent Network), Avaya DR (Dynamic Routing) Engine, NTMS (Nokia Terminal Management Server), Mediation, SDP, Chordiant System, Billdesk, MSG (Media Service Gateway), RECC (Real Time Charging & Care), NPG (Number Portability Gateway), VMT (Vodafone Money Transfer) and cPOS (Customer Point of Sale) using EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) techniques such as RESTful and SOAP web services, synchronous and asynchronous messaging, JDBC, SFTP (Secured File Transfer Protocol), and XML over HTTP.
I designed SOA based integration services using IBM integration products such as IBM Websphere Message Queue, IBM Websphere Message Broker, and Data Power appliance. I also designed HA cluster topology for WAS-ND & MQ.
I designed and developed the Extraction Transformation Loading (ETL) layer for transforming subscriber info from BSCS, Amdocs and UPSS databases to local database.
I was one of the key contributors in transforming client’s legacy systems to IBM proposed solutions. I played a critical role in setting up infra at the circle and central data centre and successfully rolling out the solution. I also designed and developed Disaster Recovery for the centralized IVR solution, conducted the drill successfully that met agreed SLAs for RPO and RTO.
I carried out the capacity assessment to address the client’s business strategies and future goals.
As
I was the technical lead for “BeVocal Inc.” account where I led a team of VXML (Voice Extensible Markup Language) and J2EE (Java2 Enterprise Edition) developers in developing many mobile care voice applications. As the technical lead, I was responsible for solution design, implementation and deployment of applications on Nuance Voice Platform.
I played a pivotal role in design and development of many in house reusable assets such as VXML log analyzer, vocal transcriber, alarm manager integrated with SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol), mock backend services, application build tools and many utility Java APIs (Application Programming Interface) that were used in developing the customer applications.
I also led development of web applications for various customer care and reporting applications on the Struts framework
I was the team lead of J2EE (Java2 Enterprise Edition) developers. I designed, developed and implemented solutions for various web and standalone applications for Europe based clients. I was responsible for preparing requirement specifications, application design, development, functional / system verifications tests and deployment of application.
I designed the user interface for the web and standalone applications to support multiple European languages and respective culturally depended data such as date and currencies.
