Lead and organize teams of experts to define, assess and deliver strategic solutions to diverse industries. Provide consulting service on designing and sizing solar photovoltaic, solar water heating systems, hydrogen and fuel cell for Yanbu Industrial City.
•Responsible renewable energy research laboratories (solar, wind, battery bank, hydrogen and fuel cell) to serve core areas. Plan industrial collaboration and research activities - mentor junior researcher, organize seminar, workshop, and conferences, collect the research data perform research consultancy in sustainability building.
•Teach a world-class training program for Solar photovoltaic design/installation, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Project management (PMP). This training is designed to prepare and qualify students for the SEC and NABCEP exam. Lead, train and supervise faculty and staff on renewable energy research works.

Responsible for project cost/budget estimation and all project management in an electrical and renewable energy project construction.
•Responsible for designing and installing commercial rooftops and large-scale ground-mounted solar farms. Responsible for solar power plant construction, equipment customization, QC throughout the project, and commissioning the system.
•Review project scope & specifications and participate in design kick-off meetings. Review engineered drawings and provide comments to the engineer of record and create detailed bills of material for AC/DC electrical installation kits. Provide on-site technical support for electrical installation and testing activities to the new field engineers.
•Coordinate trailer, water trucks, excavation & compaction equipment, installation electrical contractor mobilization, and lead on-site construction kick-off meeting with the electrical installation contractor. Assist in receiving electrical material installation kits. Kick-off each electrical installation task type to ensure proper execution.

Developed and delivered training programs specific to the operations and maintenance to ensure O&M personnel operate, maintain, and monitor Solar Power plants to maximize safety and environmental compliance and meet the requirements of NERC, WECC, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
•Teaching courses included O&M health &safety, measurement, and test equipment, print reading, Lockout Tag Out, Switching & Tagging, substation, Power Plant Control System, Protective Relays, Combiner boxes, Arrays, Transformers, and inverters.
•Created comprehensive O&M procedures, including standards operating systems, maintenance procedures (MP), and maintenance corrective procedures (MC).

PV 100, PV 150, and 200 Photovoltaic Courses: Responsible for monthly training of 30+ engineers, installers, project managers, and individuals who wish to qualify for NABCEP Photovoltaic installer testing and certificate.
•Prepared the student to perform site analysis, regulatory compliance, initial system sizing, transmission, shade analysis, reliability, PV system electrical design, array mounting, financial and environmental performance projections.
•Provided Photovoltaic installation and design training, such as designing and sizing commercial-scale ballasted roof and ground mount systems, battery-based systems, hybrid PV systems, and residential battery-less grid-tied systems, including the inverter, array, wiring, and over-current protection devices.

Responsible for project development from beginning to end, including coordinating personnel to ensure system installations are adequately staffed and planned. Scheduled installations and assign work orders to ensure projects are completed to specific customer requirements and within scheduled time frames and budget.
•Responsible for overseeing the design and installation of 280+ solar systems. The responsibility includes completing potential solar site evaluation, preparing proposals, and permitting paperwork, power determination, designing Photovoltaic systems, and the preparation of electrical one-line drawings using AutoCAD, and energy yield calculation using PVsyst, SAM, PVsol, and PVWATT.
