Right now, I am working, Doha Qatar underground lifting shaft station. It is a very challenging job 38 meters deep connected with cross passage thru tunnel. I have well experience piling work Sheet piling, soldier piling, silent pile, hydraulic pile And King Post .

Project: Lifting Station Shaft at Amiri Guard - Simaisma, Al Khor Responsibilities: Supervise subcontractors, labors and foreman at site. Follow up with every work and create schedule as per the target progress. Coordinate concrete at batching plant for booking and delivery schedule. Follow up inspections from QA/QC for every activity done. Monitoring of the piling works, deep excavation (up to 30m), concrete work, steel fixing, formworks/shattering, water proofing, etc. and maintaining safety at all times by doing daily toolbox meeting and weekly safety reports.

Follow up on concrete booking & delivery schedule fallow up the site inspection from client QC. Order precast slab and fallow Holo slabs from factory to stock yard. Monitoring record for progress quality quantity and safety monitoring pilling work water proofing with sub-contractor. Coordinate with sub contractor and supplier. Controlling over 200 manpower.
Project : Doha Metro Rail Project Client : QatarRail Nature of Project: Concreting Station Infill and HMSS Structure and Design and Build Track Slab in Doha Metro Rail/ Red line South & North Underground Metro Installation, Grouting for Track Slabs, Rail Welding works. Execution of installation Rails and Slabs: Diamond and Turnout Installation of LWR 350HT & 260R and construction Responsibilities: Responsible for Concreting the Station Infill Concreting Heavy Mass Spring Structure in Red line. Responsible for Steel Cage Fabrication for HMSS at Surface. Lifting and Jacking of HMSS Structure using Hydraulic Jack System. Responsible for Slab Installation and Slab Grouting for Doha Metro Track Works in Red line. Responsible for Lowering Rails (25m Rail), Shifting &Stacking of 25m Rails on Behind in Truck Welding Machine Follow up with Welding Team and follow the Welding Schedule and Welded 20 Km Long Welded Rails and Pulled in the Tunnel. Responsible for Logistic setup for Stationary Pump and Concrete Mobile Pump at Surface with coordinating Civil Team and other subcontractors. Responsible for Concrete Pipe Line Erection for grouting purpose. Responsible for Logistic arrangements for Slab Delivery at Site & sending to Tunnel using MSV for Installation. Follow up Bar Bending Schedule and coordinating with Steel Supplier. Shifting of Prefabricated Steel Structure in MSV and Cage Installation in Tunnel in HMSS Section. Preparation of Daily Progress Reports and submitting to Site Managers Experience in site Installation works for Site Office Setup and Preparation for Laydown Area. Project: Construction and operation of the 264KM single and double track freight Railway line connecting Shah to port of Ruwais Via Habshan for Etihad Railways Funded by: Govt of UAE Project Cost: 3.3 Billion AED Length of Railway line -264KM Over Bridges-18, Under Bridges -02, Utility Corridors -9, Small/Road/camel under passes-14, utility Culverts- 176 Responsibilities Supervise the works for compliance of Method statement, shop drawings etc Installation of sleeper Rail distribution on sleeper fish plate tighthing and fastening of Rail To ensure that contractor HSE practices are acceptable and that to adequate Measures Monitoring the Civil& steel structures as well as utility works. Maintaining records for Progress, Quality, Quantity and Safety. Project: Qatar Steel Plant Extension, Project @ Al Mesaied under Qatar Govt Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring a Spiral pile Cap in the Epoxy steel. Pile cap execution. Inspection of pile cap monitoring of concreting. Coordination between Engineering, lower authority & monitoring of water proofing. Responsible for the overall supervision of structural concrete slab works such as main slab construction from preparation of formation, compaction, FDT and casting blinding concrete to rebar installation, formworks/ shutter fixing, installation of opening, starter bars and concreting. Excavation and dewatering activities, including piling activities for the deep wells, Mass back filling activities. Assist the QA/QC for the inspection with client. Coordinate between the Clients, Subcontractors, Consultants, Municipality and other relevant Authority
Project: Delhi Metro Corridor 3C-13 from Barakhamba Road to Mandi House, Construction of 1 500m Long Underground Metro tunnel by cut & cover method Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Project Responsibilities: - 1. 21 No's Cross passage approx. 8mtr. To 10mtr. In between Shalimar Bagh to Mukundpur 2.5km Underground TBM Tunnel in Delhi Metro project Underground excavation in confined space though small size opening &concerting of roof, Concourse & base slab (Top down construction) Sheet pile, soldier pile, traffic & utility Diversion, waterproofing water leakage chemical grouting tunnel and underground Station. And water leakage updating and monitoring etc. Monitor closely the installation of temporary struts for top down excavation & king post erection in barrette pile with backing concrete Supervision of water proofing activities of raft slab and roof slab with modern technology and screed concrete activities. Supervision of the construction of 1000mm, 800mm thick parapet wall, 500mm thick track bed concrete activities. Supervision of the construction of internal members like Stairs, non-structural walls, lifts walls.

Sheet pile, soldier pile, traffic & utility diversion, Waterproofing, Chemical grouting for roof slab raft slab and diaphragm wall and water leakage monitoring. Supervise the works for compliance of Method statement, codes, shop drg etc. To ensure that contractor HSE practices are acceptable and that to adequate. Measures and procedures are being implemented by everyone concerned Monitoring the Civil& steel structures as well as utility works. Overall supervision for Civil Line Station of 350m long 18mt deep and four entrances Water leakage Water leakage Grouting for cut & cover tunnel and station box and we make update.
