KEY FUNCTIONS:
(i) To develop PTW Audit Training module for Auditor / Operations management team. (ii) Subject Matter Expert to provide & propose recommendations prior to e-PTW online system implementation. (iii) To cross check and review all requirements of the revised PTS for PTW/BSCE/CSE/EI/JHA against the existing procedures & guide-lines for new revision. (iv) Developed / compiled Q&A on JHA/CSE/BSCE/EI for e-PTW learning modules. (v) To develop Storyboard and presentation packs for MCOT HSE Case operationalization. (vi) To conduct Hearts & Minds coaching for OIM/PS/MS/SSE/SP (vii) To review and revise SSE (Site Safety Executive) work logbook and developed Job Competency Profile for SSE competency development plan. Prepared Q&A for LT (Leader-ship Team) Assessors to conduct plan assessment for the SSE. (viii) Join reviewed with coaching team to develop Hearts & Mind coaching manual for Petronas Carigali operations.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
(i) Drive and strategize platform day to day fundamental operations of producing storing/processing hydrocar-bon to meet the approved daily target and nomination i.e. for crude, gas and condensate, gas flaring/venting and water discharge limit, utilizing Process Safety Management with Zero LTI/LTA. (ii) Planned and optimized the execution of first line maintenance on Platform facilities and major equipment to ensure all are done as per maintenance procedure and schedule to achieve optimum availability and reliability of Platform within approved OPEX. (iii) Lead platform on the management of major emergencies (On-Scene Commander) during real emer-gency and drills exercise. (iv) Ensure compliance to all Petronas procedures/guidelines and implementation as per requirements. (v) Manage and control the implementation of General Procedures for Simultaneous Opera-tions versus an integrated activity of SIPROD/SIPCON/SIPCOM planned on Platform to ensure efficiency and safety of the Simultaneous Operations are achieved and all safety requirements specified are adhered to in tan-dem with Management of Change System. Reviewed all SISO prior to execution/PASR requirements. (vi) Lead and drive the implementation of HSE Plans for Platforms operations in accordance with the requirements of rel-evant legislation, PETRONAS and PCSB HSE Management System through continuous and effective perfor-mance reviews and mitigations to meet HSE, statutory and regulatory compliance. (vii) Drive and review field in-tegrated operations/maintenance strategies and provide direction in the implementation of activities (major maintenance, construction and specialized support) at offshore platforms and pipelines to ensure the business unit achieve asset integrity standards, HSE compliance, sound engineering practices, cost effectiveness and capability building in meeting production targets.
Note: Operations team directly reporting to OIM - 40 to 50 personnel (No of personnel may varies during con-tractor / Third Parties visits i.e. during TA/TSM/TMM/Drilling & work-over/SIMOPS).
To control, co-ordinate and monitor the process of all production/maintenance activities and functions at the platform for optimal production of hydrocarbons, in an efficient and safe manner. And is also accountable to - (i) Implement a healthy and safe working environment at the platform. (ii) Ensure minimum maintenance impact and equipment failures in respect to meet production target. (iii) Ensure minimum downtime for critical equip-ment in order to optimise up-time to sustain production target. (iv) Formulate an effective maintenance activities procedures and process to minimise Unit Production Cost. (v) Participated and involved with the preparation of yearly Work Programme and Budget for Asset offshore maintenance and services. (vi) Oil & Gas Production optimisation, flaring optimisation and ensure sustainable of Gas export to customers as per demands.
- To cover the position of “OIM” for Erb West & Tembungo operations during incumbent on leave and attending trainings.
Seconded by PETRONAS to PETRODAR (consist of CHINA NATIONAL PETROLEUM CO. / PETRONAS / SUDAPET / SINOPEC / AL-THANI JOINT VENTURES).
Based at the field, the position requires involvement & coordinates in - commissioning activities of Green field in Sudan (3-fields @182 wells (ESP/PCP) - 2 Field Production Facilities and 1 Central Processing Facility, total production capacity 300, 000 BOPD).
Key Function:
- Manages, plan, directs and control the activities for team of international multidiscipline engineers & techni-cians and involved in all matters related to process, mechanical, instrumentations, system & controls, civil and electrical engineering services for projects and plant modifications and improvements.
- Manages and develops the annual field production operating (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) budgets for 3 fields and its facilities.
- Develops Asset / plant Integrity plans.
- Developed Field wells management plans (well test policy, analysis of wells performance, production optimiza-tion and water cut policy).
- Custodians and responsible for all daily fields production reports for management, partners and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities: - Implementing and enforcing the HSE Policy arrangements including all the practices and procedures within area of responsibility (These arrangements includes, but not limited to, operating procedures, management of change procedures, permit-to-work system, control of contractors / third party services, inspec-tion, incident reporting and investigation, emergency system and communication arrangements).
- Officially appointed as Person-In-Charge (PIC) for Tembungo Offshore operations include satellite jacket and the surrounding areas by Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd, Sabah Operations. Responsible to respond and co-ordinate any emergency and will be the On-Scene Commander during any emergency on the installation and sur-rounding facilities in the area as stipulated in the Tembungo Emergency Response Manual / Procedures.
- Also, the prime responsibility of this position is to manage offshore oil and gas facilities, co-ordinate / lead simultaneous activities (operations, maintenance, constructions, wireline and drilling activities) such that oil is produced and gas flared within the Health Safety and Environment requirements. The number of personnel un-der his controls is 25-30 which include the company and contract staffs.
- During several occasions, to cover the position of “OIM” (Offshore Installation Manager), for Erb West & Tem-bungo operations.
Key Responsibilities: - To control, co-ordinate and monitor the process of all maintenance activities and func-tions at the platform for optimal production of hydrocarbons, in an efficient and safe manner. And is also ac-countable to - (i) Implement a healthy and safe working environment at the platform. (ii) Ensure minimum maintenance impact and equipment failures in respect to meet production target. (iii) Ensure minimum downtime for critical equipment in order to optimise up-time to sustain production target. (iv) Formulate an effective maintenance activities procedures and process to minimise Unit Production Cost. (v) Participated and involved with the preparation of yearly Work Programme and Budget for Asset offshore maintenance and services. (vi) Assumed responsibility of a “Damage Control Team Commander” as per Emergency Procedure Response Plan during drills, simulated or real emergencies.
- During several occasions, to cover the position of “OIM” for Erb West & Tembungo operations.
Key Responsibilities: - To control, co-ordinate and monitor all production and maintenance functions are carried out at the platform. And is also accountable - (i) To implement a healthy and safe working environment at the platforms. (ii) To ensure equipment at facilities / platforms are available for productions. (iii) To ensure all maintenance works are carried out in an efficient and safe manner complying to the statutory regulations, com-pany policies and international codes and CIMG requirements. (iv) To ensure all process equipment are available to meet production target. (v) Supervise part of contractor’s works during barge / work boat visits for Topsides and Major maintenance activities during assignment as “OIM” (covering position) for West Lutong platform.
Main tasks and responsibilities: - (i) To plan and schedule Preventive / Corrective maintenance activities for Ba-ronia, Bokor and Betty fields. (ii) To co-ordinate materials and spare parts required for successful execution of both routine and non-routine maintenance jobs. (iii) To co-ordinate and monitor all equipment sent to shore for repair. (iv) To plan, schedule and co-ordinate job execution for Baronia, Bokor and Betty statutory inspection lists and implement activities as per CIMG requirements. (v) Focal point for Maintenance Management System for any site queries and difficulties. (vi) To assist Maintenance Supervisor with day to day planning and occa-sionally standing-in the position of Maintenance Supervisor during his absence from the platform.
Main Tasks: - (i) To co-ordinate BARDEGG Fabricator Supplied Equipment 1st Year Operating / critical spares - reviewed and approved SPIR’s submitted by Vendors / Suppliers, approved recommended and authorised spares to be stocked & ordered, prepared stock proposal forms and instruction to Project Site Teams for pur-chase of spares. (ii) To assist PCSB Project Site Team during the yard’s pre-commissioning activities - wit-nessed some commissioning test, attending to Factory Acceptance Test and raised punch lists for operability and maintainability of the facilities. (iii) To control and monitor the availability and ordering of BARDEGG critical spares and consumable items. (iv) To assist Project Site Team as required in matter pertaining to materials is-sues.
- Working and operating to offshore jacket facilities and installations on a daily basis covering West Lutong, Siwa, Bakau, Bokor, Betty, Baronia and Baram fields. Main function - To implement schedule and unscheduled maintenance programme on equipment and machinery on the installations by planning, directing, leading, su-pervision and monitoring the work performed by the technicians and contract staff to ensure reliable, safe and efficient operations of all critical equipment.
- To oversee, direct and supervise group of staff (number of personnel being managed is 11), facilities, contrac-tors in maintenance and operations of mechanical support equipment in the garage, fields and in general. Also, to check / inspection of contractor’s mechanical support equipment are operating as per Gas Plant Operations requirements.
- To implement and ensure all equipment Planned Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities are carried out as per schedule.
- Spare parts management (procurement and inventorying of critical spares).
- Job are mostly dealing with the repair, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, hook-up, commissioning and load testing of Offshore Platform Pedestal Cranes for Sarawak and Sabah waters. Normally working inde-pendently and at times leads one/two technicians.
- Job is mostly dealing with overhauling, maintenance and Dyno Testing of Caterpillar Industrial & Tractors En-gines. Also lead and supervised 4 other mechanics consists of foreign nationals to carry out overhauling and maintenance of engine parts and components system and controls / ordering of engine replacement parts.
- Undergone Apprenticeship Training Programme for 2 ½ yrs and qualified as “Caterpillar Heavy Equipment Mechanic”.
- Job are mostly dealing with servicing, maintenance, repair, overhauling, fault finding and troubleshooting of Tractors, Marine and Industrial Caterpillar Engines for Sarawak Shell Berhad / Sabah Shell Petroleum Co. Ltd offshore platforms and at Timber Camp sites.
