Prepares planned maintenance daily work schedules for Area Superintendent concerned and provides much needed materials and spares.
Attends to daily maintenance meeting so as to work on new plans, work strategies prior to major work, work assessment on backlog and priority jobs.
Input equipment history in the Notification after the job has been completed. Input of actual man-hours spent on the job into the Work Order. Populate Purchase Orders (PO) with Service Entries (SE).
Prepare daily maintenance activities from work orders, coordinate work schedule with the Area superintendents and supervisor.
Prepare all activities under the Work Centres and Planner Group for the respective area of operation. .
Reviewing all Engineering design drawings of in different disciplines from Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and instrument and ensure that all method been used are as per approved standard.
Monitoring of the construction schedule and ensuring that will be completed on the giving time framed.
