Worked as Management Consultant General Manager for new Corrugator Packaging Project.
• I have responsible to ensure operation‘s resources are available to meets sales targets at minimum cost.
• I have responsible to ensure all production operation meets quality specifications.
• Responsible to ensure continuous developments in operation activities for cost reduction.
• Responsible to ensure all operation’s staff are well trained, motivated and achieving high safety standard.
• Checking and monitoring daily productivity of the plant.
• Responsible to ensure for timely delivery and service to customers.
• Identify and solve operational issues amongst the process, sales and logistic department to provide productive and quality results.
• Use personal initiative and utilize support from other group's resources in and outside the company to provide regular timely customer shipments.
• Maintain a proactive safety program within the organization to exercise the risk management program to ensure plant, equipments and personnel safety in light of Riyadh Columns group policy in order to provide a safe and secure work environment.
• Responsible to ensure the plant equipment, all machinery in good condition and able to deliver good quality and high productivity with minimum waste.
• Responsible to develop the system to achieve high productivity with minimum waste & lowest maintenance and spare parts cost by developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedule and alternative supplier development system.
• Maintain open and effective communication with all work groups within the organization for timely and effective coordination to develop alternative solutions to meet customer urgencies.
• Handle all others routine management responsibilities to meet Plant operational goals and objectives.
Taking care of production, planning, scheduling of orders.
Planning of manpower responsibilities for each machine in the production area.
Handling of all the matters related to the Plant production Management.
Responsible for timely delivery of the order.
Checking and monitoring daily productivity of the plant.
Coordinating with technical and maintenance department, advising them for the machine maintenance.
Maintaining housekeeping in the factory premises.
Responsible to ensure full compliance with organizational policies, in all aspects of the Production Management activities to maximize the profitability.
Responsible for the vendor qualification to assist the management that all raw materials are tested for quality assurance purpose and meet with international standard
Responsible to make sure all incoming raw materials are same standard of supplier submitted sample for qualification.
Responsible to make sure the implementation of quality control and quality assurance system in production area.
Responsible to implement and monitor the waste control system.
Responsible for the following plant equipment products quality as per ISO 9001 standards. I have responsible to make sure all production meets to standard quality specification with in the help of Production team.
I have responsible to make sure that standard safety rules are implemented with in the production area.
