Facilitate successful delivery of special projects by developing and implementing best practices in project management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for taking new initiatives/ projects planning, initiation, implementation and follow ups relating to special projects.
- Keep all stakeholders in the project community informed (Stakeholders management), by providing and facilitating channels of communication of project status, risks, issues …etc.
- Member of special projects steering committee(s), coordinate meetings, set agendas, and maintain meeting records.
- Create and/or archive special project documentation.
- Review reports and translate from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Attend meetings required by special project out of bank with different stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with business, governmental agencies, and other related organizations in the eco system.
- Identify risks in various special projects and recommend actions to senior management to mitigate the risks.
- Provide support to the CEO for the convening of meetings related to special projects. Including undertaking research, tracking trends, preparing presentations, development of meeting agendas, drafting briefing papers and/or compiling pertinent background materials for attendees, preparing summaries of discussion, coordinating logistical arrangements, and ensuring appropriate and effective communications with participants, as needed.
- Ensure accountability to deadlines.
- Prepare SOW and RFPs related to special projects, conduct technical and financial evaluation on proposals received.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the bank CEO.
(1) Oversee all project management and technical aspects of EQ. (2) Leadership and management of the project management team. (3) Manage the design from schematic stage to tender documentation with technical and value recommendations. (4) Manage the project's budget and schedule. (5) Monitor and manage risks that may affect costs and schedule recommending mitigation measures. (6) Monitor and approve progress payments to contractors. (7) Lead the planning and implementation of project. (8) Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable. (9) Define project tasks and resource requirements. (10) Conduct regular meetings with team members to know the status of project and also to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results. (11) Help to develop consistent communication with organizations, government bodies and other related entities engaged in SME growth and development. (12) Engage stakeholders to achieve optimum results from the programs. (13) Develop direct mail programs, as dictated by the program and monitor roll-out of the campaign and check from success level at conclusion. (14) Provide insight into implementation of critical technology projects, perform capacity planning and analysis from an infrastructure and hardware perspective. (15) Analyze, triage and solve complex, multifaceted system functionality, performance and scalability issues. (16) Ability to interact with business operations stakeholders to ensure to translate business requirements into technical specification.
(1) Participate in conducting and reviewing the feasibility studies of projects and investments.
(2) Project Planning: Develop project plans for the new projects and setting performance goals for the existing projects in line with departmental objectives, and in preparing project schedules.
(3) Executing of projects: participate in executing planned projects.
(4) Monitoring and controlling applied projects and investments.
(5) Reporting of business & financial performances of projects.
(6) Resource Allocation: Allocate resources to the projects based on the project plans.
(7) Project Budgeting & Costing: Prepares project cost estimations and develops and administers project budgets and fiscal controls.
(8) Project Management: Ensures that projects are executed as per plan. Intervenes where required to manage contingencies and roadblocks.
(9) Managing Contract Relationships: Selects appropriate contractors based on qualification, quality and cost considerations. Enters into contract agreements in line with project specifications. Ensures that contractors perform works in accordance with quality, cost and time schedule requirements.
(10) Liabilities & Insurance: Research and prepare reports about property and liability insurance coverage needed with respect to projects and assets.
(11) Compliance: Ensures that all projects are executed within the requirements of legal and organizational policy requirements, with respect to financial management, accounting, health, safety and environmental domains.
(12) Planning & reporting: participate on development of plans and reports of projects.
(13) Review financial models/forecasts and preparing information memorandum for sales/capital raising Projects.
(14) Pitching proposals & Engagement Agreements.
(15) Production of quality deliverable within agreed timescales, briefing Directors.
(16) Undertake financial analysis, including preparation of complex financial models.
Corporate Finance & Transactions Advisory Services
Summary of Conducted Services:
(a) Financial & Operational Due Diligence Review:
- Detailed review of financial information including records & documentation for the agreed period,
- Data verification on sample basis to covering all major transactions,
- Examination of all important agreements,
- Circularization of balances of all major third party balances including legal confirmation,
- Cash balances confirmation, aging analysis of receivables, fixed assets registry analysis, accounts payables aging analysis…etc.
(b) Business Valuation:
- Analyzing industries & developing analyses regarding an industry's influence on particular companies,
- Conducting comparable company analyses and industry research,
- Various other research-based and analytical tasks,
- Performing financial analysis of historical company information,
- Conduct normalization adjustments of financial statements,
- Performing discounted cash flow analysis;

-Buildup of the sophisticated model,
-Help in determining the portion of free up capital,
-Preparation of Group Financial Statements (AS-IS/TO-BE) in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
-Follow up with client needs and updates.
