- Working with the team on starting the hospitality program in order to diversify their investment portfolio.

- Administrated contract and took charge of replying to Contractor's letters related to contract issues.
- Review and issue variation orders for contractors and consultants.
- Review contractors' claims and evaluate their entitlement extension of time.
- Evaluating contractors' bid schedules for Projects in tender stage.
- Reviewing baseline schedules for awarded projects.
- Reviewing & evaluating contractor's monthly updates for running projects.
- Evaluating performance on-site and suggesting corrective actions if needed.
- Reporting to the client on a monthly basis.
- Assisting the contract administrator in evaluation of claims.
