My main job was to manage multi projects by looking into the whole LCM and assign project managers to each project and detailed work during this period below:
Worked as Project Engineer for Reinforcement of East/Central Tie-Lines project costs SR 339, 500, 000 during procurement stage.
I was involved during conception phase of LCM and prepare Risk Management Plan and Communication Management Plan for this project.
I assigned project managers to manage more five (5) projects in this contract as follow:
Reactive Compensation in Khurais Substation.
Retrofitting of OPGW(Fiber Optics) conductors in the 380kV Faras-Al-Kharj S/S#9003 line.
Retrofitting of OPGW Conductors in the 380kV Qurraiyah-Gunan Line.
Communication equipment for Shedgum-Faras-Al-Kharj 380kV Lines.
Communication equipment for Jubail 230kV Substations.
Work for the above included the following:
Preparation of Risk Management Plan, Communication Management Plan and Procurement Management Plan.
Prepared Schedule B (other Technical Requirements) & Schedule C (pricing attachment).
Coordinated the Job Explanation Meeting and Bidders' Site visits.
Coordinated Bid Opening and Technical Proposal Review Team.
Coordinated Bid Clarification Meeting within SEC-ERB and with the Lowest Bidder (ABB)
Worked also as Project Manager for Construction Management Supervision Contract for the Reinforcement of East/Central Tie-Lines during procurement stage.
Worked as Project Engineer for Al-Fadhili - Shamlul - Sudair S/S#9011 New 380kV Line project during procurement stage.
My job for the above was as follow:
Prepared Communication Management Plan and Risk Register.
Follow up with the progress of finalization of Scope of Work and Technical Specification.
Prepared Contract Action Plan.
Attending Meetings within SEC-ERB concerned departments to discuss the progress of Scope of Work and Technical Specifications.
My main job was to manage projects by looking into the whole LCM and reporting to Program Manager. I prepared procurement management plan and risk management plan in a complicated project that was integrating a new facility to the critical existing Metropolitan facility.
My main job was to only looking into implementation phase of project LCM. I was situated in the site during my work and manage most of interface work with other departments.
