Inspect of all electrical equipment i.e. 33/11KV sub station, Medium voltage (11KV) motor and Medium voltage (11KV) switch gear, low voltage (415V) motor and switch gear, all automation and control system field devices,
Inspect of all Mechanical equipment i.e. Ball mill, O-sepa separator, Bag filter, gear box, compressor, centrifugal fan, Haver bauker 8 spout roto packer machine, Bucket elevator, FLS auto truck loader etc.
All of the inspection completed by using modern inspection tools i.e. Vibro-scanner, thermal imager, etc.
Analyze and diagnosis the inspection data i.e. vibrio scanner signal and find out the source of vibration according to analysis sets an action plan.
Update all of the information to the CMMS software.
Make and analysis the trend of equipment, Depends on the trending report prepare the replacement and maintenance schedule of the equipment.
Perform the dynamic balancing and precious laser alignment by special balancing and alignment tools.
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Perform the emergency Electrical & Mechanical trouble shooting with maintenance team to optimize the mill performance & maximize utilization of the mill to meet the subsequent demand.
Installed the new equipment & modify the existing system to minimize the failure rate & increase mill efficiency.
Prepare the yearly, monthly, weekly, daily maintenance schedule & follow up the work for roper execution.
Make maintenance performance indicator report (MPI)
Make bill of material (BOM) for critical equipment.
Risk assessment for each work order.

Root cause of failure analysis (RCFA)
Make cost report and Mean time between failure reports (MTBF).
Manage effectively the daily operational and mechanical activities of six W18V46GD engines each of 17 MW; total of 100 MW HFO based Power Plant.
Supervision exercised in all areas of plant system and control room operations.
Implement preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot plant abnormalities and implement corrective actions.
Implements plant safety rules and maintain safe working condition of the plant.
Communicate with BPDB personnel and engage them in all types of major and minor maintenance work with the help of respective supervisor.
Carried out isolation and de-isolation of certain electrical circuits to conduct maintenance activities of 132KV substation.
Inspection of Auxiliary systems such as Westfalia Separator (Lube oil and HFO), Aalborg Heat Recovery System (Auxiliary Boiler), WTP etc. for efficient operation.
Monitoring all types of sensors, actuators, MCBs, Magnetic contactors for trouble free operation.
Integrate all types of troubleshooting related to Engines with Wartsila supervisors.
Participate with Wartsila personnel in hourly schedule maintenance (2000 hrs, 3000hrs, 4000hrs etc.) job of engine.
Implementation of various goals of O& M department.
