# Responsibilities :
• Selecting Trainees for Networking Technology
• Designing Courseware and day to day upgradation of courseware based on IT Job market study and employment requirements.
• Monitoring real-time training
• Selecting Trainer Based on Module requirements and real-time monitoring their training methodology
• Taking feedback report from the Trainees
• Conducting Exam after successful completion of each and every module of The Diploma (NT).
• Preparing Internal and External Question Paper.
• Conducting seminar and give presentation on various ICT related topics.
• Finally prepare them to be Placed at IT field.
Achievement
• Near about 250 trainees are well placed at IT Job field under my direct guidance.
• Most of the trainees are placed at ISP, International Organization such as UN Agencies, NGO's, Bank and Various Govt. Job etc.
• Under my direct supervision Various Corporate Training based on Networking Technology already Continuing at IDB-BISEW .
• Beside all above various corporate network setup based on both platform ( Linux, Windows) already done by me.
• Simultaneously I am a member of Skill survey team of IDB-BISEW IT Scholarship Project.
• System Administration using Windows and Linux.
• Exchange Connectivity using Exchange 2007/2010
• Network Design : DHCP, DNS, IIS, NAT/ICS, RRAS, SENDMAIL, IPTABLES, Routing....etc
