Maintain on-going list of O&M mechanical services defends for contractor’s remedial actions and attend site progress for any mechanical and MEPs activities to ensure that the highest quality of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work is in accordance with project specifications, quality and budget.

Provide engineering support during client or client meetings.
Designs or studies of mechanical modifications related to the main project.
Ensure that all purchases and contracts are consistent with project schedule, quality and cost.
Supervise the progress of the project from start to delivery.
Coordination and liaison with representatives of public utilities and contractor in respect of all approvals and changes Design, if necessary.
Review and approve the executive plans.
