KRA: Responsible for Complete KSA after sales sservice,
> On Site support for MDA Products, AC, WM, TV, Cooking Range etc.
> In House repair activity of All SDM, Consumer Electronics, Beauty Products etc.
> Sales returns operation from all power retailers. as well as after sales support.
> After sales revenue generation and Customer Satisfaction Index.
> Deployment of new projects to existing channel network along with service expansion.
> To support sales growth /market, LFR share and strengthen client relationship.
> ASP SLA, TAT, and Sales returns / DOA Refurbish,
> Service buffer spare planning, also seasonal readiness.
> Partners payouts payout has to be clear on time.
KRA: Supporting entire ASUS channel sales team to bridge the gap of all PAN India Service Issues. Under the following key metrics;
1> Deployment of new projects to existing channel network along with expansion of ASPs network ….to support to sales growth/market, LFR share and strengthen client relationship.
2> ASP SLA, TAT, and DOA Refurbish, Service buffer spare planning, also seasonal readiness.
3> Partners payouts and DOA Disty payout has to be clear on time.
4> Manage to managers with all Branches monthly and quarterly review, on TAT, AMC Revenue, Spare parts revenue, Branch Targets and P&L,
Reporting to - Contoty Manager India Bussines Head
Repotees - 10 Persons - Asst Managers + Area Executives + Supporting staff.
KRA: Appoint new service franchisee, Developments, Regular monthly review, and Audit.
>Drive profit center business through with franchisee modules.
> Ensure call is resolved within 48 hrs.> Revenue per machine should not be less the Rs100 per machine per month.
>AMC profit per machine should not less than Rs 500.
> 100% return on capital employed.
>Ensure AMC renewal Hit rate is 80%, Warranty to AMC is 30 % and OG to AMC is 2%.
>Focus on Additives, Accessories and Spare sales.
>Branch profit margin revenue target should be achieved.
> Maintain Customer satisfaction index.
Reporting to - VP Service
Reportees. - 10 Services Executives.
KRA: Responsible Operations, Service delivery & development by
setting the Area Service operations outsourced to ASPs by
achieving desired service levels, resolving escalations from
Customer, Free Service Camps, Distribution /Sales & Retail
Channel.
Reporting to - Sr Manager - Services
Team Size - 20 + Camaera Engineers + Suspporting staff.
