Responsibilities:
• Manage and guide the accounts team.
• Review and control the daily accounting Journal entries (using Odoo ERP).
• Manage and control the financial policies for the custodies, operating expenses.
• Preparing internal financial statements (quarterly)
• Preparing semi and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. (Working with audit firms such as PKF and MOORE)
• Preparing Monthly bank reconciliations and adjustments.
• Preparing quarterly VAT Return.
• Preparing the ZAKAT return incorporation with the Consultant office.
• Following A/R accounts such: Receivable’s aging reports, credit limits, overdue invoices, reconciliations, confirmations.
• Reviewing & approve the monthly Payroll to HR department.
Achievements:
• Establishing the accounting system for two start-up companies, Arkan Real Estate Investment and Arkan Med for industries.
• Increase the cash-in flows by offering shares in crowdfunding IPO.
• Improve and organize the accounting system.
• Improve and control the accounting documentary cycle.
• Development of the policies for the custodies and reduce the expenditures.

Performed tax accounting and auditing procedures for many companies have over 50 LE million capital
like:
Construction & real state, food industries, IT and cars trading companies.
Prepares and reviews account reconciliations; analyzes entries and provides recommendations as it relates
to all key areas of the company’s operations.
Evaluates develops and implements all accounting and operational policies and procedures with special
emphasis on improving accuracy, reducing risk, and strengthening adherence to compliance.
Conducts internal and external audits to ensure complete, accurate, and punctual responses to all requests
for corporate information.
