Attached to the Information Systems Department of BMCI Africa Region and in direct contact with the various BMCI sites in the Africa zone and the banking stakeholders for mission: Business Analyst within the Maintenance and Application Support team, Distribution and Products scope: ⦁ Processing and analysis of application incidents occurring on production (Maintenance level 2) ⦁ Production release of patches and deliveries, and follow-up ⦁ Monitoring of production anomalies corrected by the project teams ⦁ Performing technical and functional recipe and generation of the deliverables PV of recipe ⦁ Execution of internal tests and the writing of test cases ⦁ Participation in business meetings and providing functional support for sites ⦁ Coordination with the Change Management team and the production teams ⦁ Impact study, analysis and collection of the unit requests and expressions needs of the sites

• The collection of expressed needs and the drafting or modification of functional specifications
• Adaptation of the data model with the new need
• Functional support
• Participation in business meetings
• Qualification and analysis of application anomalies, and follow up.
• Writing test cases
• Performing integration tests and functional recipe
• Management of the internal test team
• Training new recruits and weekly reporting

Mission 2: Technical Functional Consultant, CARE Mobile Team
• Impact study and marketing needs analysis
• Collection of Expression Customer Needs.
• Development and delivery of the Parameterization Repositories
• Parameterization of the modules:
 JEMCA, for the management of reloading games
 SVI (Interactive Voice Server),
 Limande, for roaming companions
 ECARE, for Offers, Options, Good Deals, Discounts
 Spider, for monitoring customer consumption
 CFO (Orange Fixe Catalog),
• Realization of VABF (technical recipe): ECARE, SVI, CFO.

- Projet Etisalat UAE Digital App :
Maintenance évolutive et corrective d’une solution mobile qui sera déployé dans Etisalat UAE, en termes d'interface utilisateur (UI), fonctionnalités et flux d'intégration.
• Analyse et études des évolutions clients
• Elaboration des spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées
• Développement et implémentation de différents modules
• Qualification et correction des anomalies et revue de code.
• Conception des interfaces UX / UI (Prototypage, Sketching et Wireframing).

La mise en place de la plate-forme flux et paiements du groupe Crédit Agricole à base de la solution Open Payment

• Participation aux tests fonctionnels et tests unitaires.
• Participation à la correction des anomalies et implémentation des évolutions.
