• Analyzing and recommending fertilizers or pesticides
• Responsible for insuring the sustainability of the plants
• Educating the efficient way of treating the plants to all employees
• Contributing in designing projects and supervising the weekly duties on field
• In charge of the nursery’s daily sales with a direct contact with the clients

• Ensure that consumers are provided with safe food
• Be aware of applicable laws regarding food inspection and safety and implement policies designed to meet those expectations
• Use of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Application of Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP) approach to achieve optimum results with regard to the quality and safety of the product.
• Complete daily reports to management regarding production and quality
• Work alongside with the production manager including packaging and sales to ensure that both quality and production take place concurrently
• Inspects and monitors quality of in-process nuts production batches such as taste, salt, humidity, colour compliance with nuts quality control and sanitation standards and procedures
• Testing the imported raw product before approving the order
