and other.
On the same period i was also the Project Manager for Implementing Oracle Retails (POS/SIM) in the group. A project that lasted for about one year to deploy Oracle retails across all the 28 outlets of Liwan Cafe and Aryaf Foods.
In the project we manage 7 vendors whose role range from implementation, quality assurance, hardware, network and civil works.
We followed well established methodology for managing the project and its sub-projects such as Application for Business flows and others from CISCO, Ernst and Young and HP.
