As Commercial Head for Middle East region my included Business Development and securing and managing Business in Middle East countries.
As Technical Manager my responsibilities included overlooking and endorsing Design of Precast Projects from Conceptual Design, Detailed Design, Calculations, Shop Drawings, Fabrication Drawings and Technical Support and solutions for site issues.

As a Design Manager I was responsible for Delivery of Project Design Including the following:
• Conceptual/Schematic Design
• Detailed Design with complete calculations and method statements, structural material specifications, Shop drawings and technical support to the execution team.
• Organizing teams, allocating resources, for various projects and
• Managing Technical submittals, Calculations and shop drawings.
• Liaison with Clients/consultants to finalize Materials, Specifications and Design Related issues.
• Co-ordination with production teams to streamline the technical submittals on time.

• Advising site teams for remedial measures for problems related to site issues and getting approvals.
• Advising production and site teams for material specifications, temporary site structures etc.

Conceptual Design, Analysis and Design of Structures.
Design of Precast and RC elements like slabs, HCS, DT, Prestressed Beams, Columns, Foundations, solid slabs etc.
Supervising and Checking Drawings prepared by Draftsmen.
Complete responsibility for Strutural safety/Integrity of Structures.

Analysis and design of various precast elements like Slabs, wall panels,
beams.
Design of Steel Elements.
Design of Foundation

Complete responsibility of execution of the project.
