Helping station manager to develope the employees
Develop the HR and Training process in the station through training employees,
implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure employee satisfaction,
retention and development.
Answer calls and assist customers in their inquiries - Make calls to customers to arrange for delivery of their packages - Handle customers shipment tracking inquiries - Register customer pickup.
Develop Business plans, growth and profitability targets. *Develop and expand business through targeting new locations / market. *Develop marketing, advertising and sales strategies
