Design, develop and implement national HSE management system to comply with ISO 9001, 18001 and 14001 utilising Risk management principals as the basis for change management. Coach and mentor senior management team members in HSE best practice, write board level reports on business HSE performance, manage direct reports and HSE budget.
Provide coaching and guidance to senior management team, facilitate the development of HSE systems process and procedures for Rail Compliance and ISO 18001, 9001 and 14001 management system, design and develop KPI and intergrated tracking and reporting system.
Provide advice and coaching to the executive management team, develop and deploy training for front line leadership to identify and resolve key risks. Make suitable changes to the existing management systems to obtain rail accreditation, ISO 18001, 14001 and 9001 accreditation. provide operational guidance to state leadership teams to enable certification in ISO 18001, 14001 and 9001.
Design, develop and implement HSE policy, procedure, plans and systems for port, rail and operations. Execute business wide HSE reporting and KPI tracking systems.
Implement on site HSE system, provide reports on performance and investigate and action hazards.
Conduct workplace inspections, contribute to toolbox / safety meetings, identify and action hazard reports, conduct incident investigations and maintain HSE records
Asist safety advisors in maintaining paperwork, data entry and files.
Conduct inspections as requested
specialist risk management and practical HSE programs to enhance workplace culture and provide ISO 18001, 14001 and 9001 based framework.
