• Conduct training sessions and workshops for various levels within the organization, including Brand General
Managers, Retail Managers, and Field Staff.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert on Retail Operations, driving consistency and service excellence across the region. Ensure all retail operations followed established standards for operational efficiency and consistency.
