Worked on the pre and post contract setup of NEC Option C to procure design and build for M&E upgrade, telecoms, stations, civils structures and infrastructures projects to include enabling tunnelling, roads and embankment stabilisation. Spatial alterations to offices including fit out to buildings. Where projects have deteriorated in either delivery or client relationships or have become entrenched in change, claims and commercial disputes with contractors, to trouble shoot recovery. This involved restructuring to ensure they have all details of claims events are documented in the order required for the upline claim to Employer.
