Headed Design for the B2B2C Partner (Architects, Civil Engineers, Interior Designers etc) and IHB (Individual House Builder) App and Responsive Web App for Utec (product of Ultratech): The market segment was predominantly from the tier4, tier 3, tier 2 & rural areas. Purpose of building the product was to hand hold Individual House Builders (IHB) through their house building journey and help partners (Architects, Civil Engineers, Interior Designers etc) find customers for their services.
The focus of user experience (UX) & design (UI) of the App and Web Site was on Visual Affordance and Design Focal Points, the key driving factors of the process was to reduce number of clicks/ steps, high priority to visual affordance (use of text along with image/ illustration), maintaining content hierarchy, use of tabs/ tags for selection (for ease of navigation), similarity and connectedness in designs for app and website, personalisation, informed decision making, seamless conversational navigation, no multi-tasking (complete one goal at a time), creating hooks (internal triggers) which would help develop habit forming behaviours.
