•Research and Follow up on the market trends for Tech transition for better consumer offering.
• Connect & interact with client to explain the importance of services/Products and acquire Tie ups.
• Planning and overseeing the need of market to land up services.
• Bring the services digitally through web platforms, mobile apps & social media to boost up sales
• Finding out loop holes in the current business working and change it through Ideas and planning.
• Maintain a good relationship with clients through Follow ups and addressing their queries.
•Develop customer bandwidth and offer Quality products Through services and Guarantee assurance on it
Manage the entire operations from product listing, calling, walk-in customers, selling and final delivery.
•To demonstrate the vehicle functionality and be consultative to the customer by matching up their needs and in some cases provide better options
• Market it by creating Detailed and clear content on web platforms so that customers can have the luxury of making their choice through DMS and CRM.
• Negotiate with the best offer & Address benefits from our purchase such as warranty packages, tech certified cars, Ease of finance.
•Develop weekly and monthly schemes in order to boost sales by studying the market needs and plan strategies accordingly
•Liaising with Refurbish team to check vehicle Repairs are rectified and set to go.
•Representing the company at various trade shows and Exhibitions/Events
•Track number of searches/enquiry made for each Product and Boost the sales for least searched Ones (Data Management
Preparing and monitoring the daily production progress thereby updating the same to concern work projects
•Identifying any production related issues which require any additional processes, operational developments and report them to the production line & Plan it accordingly.
•Coordinate between different sections to keep track on the activities carried out and to solve for any issues if arose.
•To physically inspect the work on the shop floor and check for the progress in order to prepare timeline for the next stage.
•Along with the above assigned job work -Was also Member of the “Workshop shop plant Improvement Team”
•Vehicle Safety Analyst (R and D Project
As part of the project involved in the optimization for the latest technology and developments that could enhance deployment of basic measure such as - active (Braking System) and passive (Airbag) in vehicle in order to attain safety and sustainability.
Routine activities were to be carried out for the smooth flow of the work place such as:
